  • Scorecard inputs and results (assessment answers, pillar scores, overall score, classification, and related result content) when you complete the Scorecard and/or request results by email
  • Consent choices (for example, whether you asked us to email your results and/or to send occasional resources)
  • Purchase and transaction details needed to process an order
  • Technical and usage data (such as browser type, device, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, and referring URLs) via hosting, analytics, and advertising tools we use

We do not ask children to use these services.

  • Provide the Scorecard experience and email you results when requested
  • Process purchases and deliver digital products / access
  • Respond to support requests (including refund requests under our stated guarantee)
  • Send occasional No Regrets resources only if you opt in to that separately from receiving your Scorecard results
  • Measure and improve our sites and funnels (analytics)
  • Comply with law and protect against fraud or abuse

Marketing: Assessment-results email consent is not the same as newsletter/marketing permission. We will not enroll you in ongoing marketing solely because you requested Scorecard results.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate (website/funnel hosting, CRM, email delivery, payment processing, analytics/ads) under obligations to protect it. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
